Hi I'm Julie Regan, your Menopause Angel... a transformational life coach specialising in coaching women through menopause (and beyond) who want to make a change whether this is weight loss, a total new direction or just to navigate the crazy changes that menopause brings.
I'm a huge believer in giving the 'V' sign to conventionality and I encourage every woman to embrace her individuality
Fully qualified in menopause support and an expert in combining the right movement, the right food and mindset shifts that take women from anxious and stuck to confident and in control.
I am a coach that helps women navigate their menopause maze from the start (pre and peri) to the end and beyond (post). My clients are women just like you who want to make a change because they feel stuck in a rut and bogged down with overwhelm.
Sometimes it can be because you’ve put on ‘overnight’ weight and have no idea how to lose it and I also help women who just want a shake-down and a change in their life.
