This is the monthly membership for people who want to feel strong, toned, energised and quietly smug — without living in the gym.

You get access to 3 short live online weights workouts each week (join one, two, or all three — no judgement), plus full access to the workout library for those “I’ll do it later” days that actually turn into later.

Each session is just 15–20 minutes - honestly, that's all you need. All these normal tasks will seem so much easier....

  • Carrying your shopping bags, laundry, suitcases without the struggle
