This is a group program running from 16th March to 29th May.
We kick off with a 30-min zoom call to see where your sticking point is so we know exactly where the focus needs to be.
The Program is designed for people who are already losing weight but may have hit a plateau or are beginning to wonder what happens next. Many people using weight-loss medication quietly start asking the same questions: Will the weight stay off? What happens when I stop? Am I losing muscle or bone as well as fat?
This program addresses those concerns directly by focusing on the metabolic foundations that determine long-term success.
Over the 12 weeks we work on resetting blood sugar balance, improving metabolic flexibility and helping your body shift back into becoming an efficient fat burner rather than relying primarily on sugar for energy.

Alongside nutrition strategies, we focus on the mindset, sleep patterns and lifestyle habits that allow your body to regulate appetite, energy and metabolism more effectively.

In 12 weeks you will lose excess weight, stabilise your metabolism, meaning the weight will stay off - and build the habits required to maintain your results for life.
