For years, I believed I was eating well and yet I struggled with fatigue, hormonal chaos, weight gain and brain fog that made me question where my sanity had gone!
Suddenly it hit me like a ton of bricks......DOH....it’s all about eating in a way that works with your hormones especially in midlife - I knew this but the penny took some time to drop.
When blood sugar is unstable, everything feels harder. You feel lousy, energy-less, cravings increase and the kicker is .......weight starts gathering around the middle and you can no longer just eat less and move more to fix it.
Once I understood how the body actually responds to food everything changed. I helped women stabilise their weight (and lose unwanted fat), their energy improved, sleep became easy and brain fog all but disappeared.
Now I help women understand, in simple terms, how to lower blood sugar, support their metabolism and protect their weight long-term especially now in these new struggles like coming off the diet injections or being told they're in the pre-diabetic zone.

What date and time is the talk and where is it?
My Talk is on Sunday 8th March 10.30 am and is being held at The Barn, Coultershaw Wharf & Beam Heritage Site, Station Road, Petworth, GU28 0JE.
It will last approx 1.5 hours including a time for Q&A
Will there be enough time to ask any questions?
Yes certainly. The numbers are very limited due to the venue so you should have time to ask all your answers
What should I wear if it is in a barn?
Casual layer. We have a gorgeous log burner but wear something comfy so you don't have to worry about getting over heated or feeling the wintry chills!
Is there adequate parking onsite?
Yes absolutely!
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just bring yourself and any questions you may have. Whilst I am not a qualified pharmacist nor a doctor, I can answer your basic questions about diet and lifestyle pertaining to weight management (and weight loss too)
Will there be any refreshments?
Tea & coffee and water will be supplied
